As the candidates slug it out in the debates, game developers Epic Games and Chair Entertainment have launched a game called "Vote!! The Game". It depicts Barack Obama and Mitt Romney box it out. The developers hoped to make a game that was entertaining but also help gamers get out and vote. One month later, the game (is available on iOS) has done both and cast who gamers will vote for. You can pick Obama or Romney as a character to fight the other character. Each round you win gives votes to that character. The virtual swing states even align with real world swing states."We're excited to have the ability inspire young voters, and more specifically gamers, to become more involved in the political process." says developer Donald Mustard.
It is basically a game that was made out of fun for the occasion. You have two characters, Obama and Romney, and they box each other. For every round you win, votes go to the character you played as. Is had gotten people, especially gamers, out to vote. In total, the game has made 1,200 people register to vote so the game had an impact on voters. I believe the game still has an impact on people to go out and vote.
