          President Obama, on Friday, blocked a privately owned chinese wind turbine company from building a turbine close to a US air base."There is credible evidence that leads me to believe" that Ralls Corp, Sany Group and the two Sany Group executives who own Ralls "might take action that threatens to impair the national security of the United States," Obama said in issuing his decision. The company is called Ralls Corps and they filed a lawsuit against the block that president Obama issued. The president rarely calls blocks upon companies from other countries. The only other time was in 1990 where George Bush stopped a chinese aero-company from acquiring a US manufacturing company. 

          Obama is showing what he needs to do with foreign companies as he should be doing. He is regulating what foreign companies can do and is showing that he can do it to the public. Mitt Romney stated that he is too soft on China. The article shows that Obama can bring the hammer down on foreign companies when he needs to. The author is neutral in the article.
